Joy’s non profit work includes 10+ years as President and Board Member of The Villages of Detroit.
A native of Ann Arbor, MI,
she relocated to downtown Detroit and worked in the entertainment management industry. In 1990, she founded Detroit's First Electronic Music booking agency-the Moshi Company (1990-1998). In 2018, she received a Spirit Of Detroit Award from Detroit City Council for creating a piece of Detroit’s Music History.
